Return / Exchange Policy
If you purchased from a retailer then return policies for each individual
retailer apply. Please contact them directly.
If you purchased directly from this website and are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days from the date of purchase
for a refund. Shipping fees charged on your original purchase are
non-refundable. Also, a processing fee will apply. Allow three weeks for processing your return. The
credit card you used to make the purchase will be credited.
Exception: We cannot accept the
return of videos that have been opened (taken out of the plastic wrap),
whistles or candy.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange an item if it is still in
the shrink wrap. To make an exchange, we
recommend that you mail it via regular mail and insure it for the amount of the
purchase. Shipping fees to return your purchase to our
Distribution
Center
are paid by the customer. Allow one week for processing your exchange.
Follow the steps below to return/exchange your purchase by mail:

Email us
to request an Authorized Return Number (ARN).

Box up the item and include all packaging.

Enclose the original packing slip with the following information: (a) Write
Exchange or Return on the packing slip and include a reason for the
exchange/return, (b) include today's date, and the email address you used
to make the purchase, (c) include the ARN.

Ship the package.We will provide you with a shipping address via email when you
receive your ARN.
*If you are returning more than one (1) video, please
email us for an alternative address.
